CD4+CD25+Treg和Foxp3mRNA表达对妊娠期糖尿病母亲婴儿的意义

摘要 目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病母亲婴儿CD4^+CD2^5+Treg及Foxp3mRNA的表达及意义。方法将60例足月新生儿分为两组。30例实验组为妊娠期糖尿病母亲婴儿,30例对照组为健康新生儿。检测两组Treg比例及Foxp3mRNA表达水平。结果实验组Treg比例(3.7507±1.24942)%,对照组Treg比例(2.9713±1.53691)%,P=0.035<0.05,两组差异有统计学意义;对照组Foxp3mRNA平均秩次21.22,实验组Foxp3mRNA平均秩次39.78,P=0.000<0.05,二者差异有统计学意义;对照组CD4^+CD25^+Treg与Foxp3mRNA,相关系数0.564,P=0.001<0.01,二者正相关,实验组CD4^+CD25^+Treg与Foxp3mRNA,相关系数0.775,P=0.000<0.01,二者正相关。结论妊娠期糖尿病母亲婴儿CD4^+CD25^+Treg及Foxp3mRNA高表达,可导致免疫失衡。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of CD4^+CD25^+Treg and Foxp3mRNA in infants with gestational Diabetes Mellitus.Methods 60 full-term newborns were divided into two groups.30 cases of experimental group were gestational diabetes mellitus mother infants and 30 cases of control group were healthy newborns.The ratio of Treg and the expression of Foxp3mRNA in two groups were measured.Results The ratio of Treg in the experimental group was(3.7507±1.24942),and the proportion of Treg in the control group was(2.9713±1.53691).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,the average rank of Foxp3 mRNA in the control group was 21.22,the average rank of Foxp3 mRNA in the experimental group was 39.78 P=0.000<0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,the CD4^+CD25^+Treg in the control group was significantly different from that in the Foxp3 mRNAs,and the correlation coefficient was 0.564,P=0.001<0.01.The correlation coefficient between CD4^+CD25^+Treg and Foxp3 mRNAs in the experimental group was 0.775,P=0.000<0.01,which was positively correlated with that of Foxp3 mRNAs.Conclusion High expression of CD4 CD25 Treg and Foxp3mRNA in infants with gestational diabetes mellitus may lead to immune imbalance.
