摘要
目的探讨门诊2型糖尿病患者的药学服务做法与效果。方法纳入我院2017年2月至2018年1月90例门诊2型糖尿病患者,数字表法分组,常规服务组用普通护理,药学服务组用药学服务对策。比较两组满意程度;2型糖尿病患者对药物机制的认知、用药的依从性、药物不良反应认知;护理前后血糖控制结局、药学干预质量;药物使用不良反应。结果药学服务组满意程度、血糖控制结局、药学干预质量、2型糖尿病患者对药物机制的认知、用药的依从性、药物不良反应认知、药物使用不良反应方面相比常规服务组更好,P<0.05。结论门诊2型糖尿病患者实施药学服务对策效果确切。
Objective To explore the practice and effect of pharmaceutical services in outpatient type 2 diabetes patients.Methods In our hospital from February 2017 to January 2018,90 outpatients with type 2 diabetes,digital table grouping,regular service group with general care,pharmaceutical service group with pharmacy service countermeasures.Compare the satisfaction degree of the two groups;the cognition of drug mechanism,drug compliance,drug adverse reaction cognition in patients with type 2 diabetes;blood glucose control outcome before and after treatment,quality of pharmaceutical intervention;adverse drug use reaction.Result The degree of satisfaction in the pharmacy service group,the outcome of glycemic control,the quality of pharmacy intervention,the knowledge of drug mechanism in patients with type 2 diabetes,compliance with medication,cognition of adverse drug reactions,and adverse drug use were better than those of conventional services,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of pharmaceutical service in outpatient type 2 diabetes patients is accurate.
