甘麦大枣汤联合认知疗法治疗考试焦虑症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Ganmai Dazao Decoction Combined with Cognitive Therapy in the Treatment of Test Anxiety

目的探讨甘麦大枣汤联合认知疗法治疗考试焦虑症的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月—12月收治的考试焦虑症患者68例,将其随机分为2组,研究组和对照组各34例。对照组患者采用艾司唑仑配合贝克(A. T. Beck)认知转变法进行治疗,研究组患者采用甘麦大枣汤联合认知疗法进行治疗。对比2组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和考试焦虑量表(TAS)的变化。结果研究组患者的治疗效果显著优于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗前研究组和对照组患者的SAS和TAS评分无显著差异(P> 0. 05),治疗后研究组患者的SAS和TAS评分优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论考试焦虑症患者采用甘麦大枣汤联合认知疗法治疗,提高临床治疗效果,有利于降低SAS和TAS评分,提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Ganmai Dazao decoction combined with cognitive therapy in the treatment of examination anxiety.Methods 68 test anxiety patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,with 34 in the study group and 34 in the control group.The control group was treated with Estazolam combined with cognitive transformation of A.T.Beck.The study group was treated with Ganmai Dazao decoction combined with cognitive therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,and the changes of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and test anxiety scale(TAS)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SAS and TAS between the study group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).SAS and TAS scores of the study group were better than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Ganmai Dazao decoction combined with cognitive therapy can improve the clinical therapeutic effect,reduce the SAS and TAS scores and improve the quality of life of test anxiety patients,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
