局部围刺联合中药口服治疗肾虚血瘀型黄褐斑临床观察

Clinical Observation on Local Peripheral Acupuncture Combined with Oral Administration of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Chloasma Due to Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis

目的对局部围刺联合中药口服在治疗肾虚血瘀型黄褐斑中的临床价值进行分析,以期为进一步提高肾虚血瘀型黄褐斑患者的疗效提供参考。方法选择2016年2月—2017年12月收治的被确诊为肾虚血瘀型黄褐斑患者62例作为研究样本,按照住院编号的奇数、偶数方法均分为参照组(31例)和治疗组(31例),参照组接受口服中药治疗,治疗组在参照组的基础上行局部围刺治疗,分析对比2组患者的临床疗效。结果 2组治疗前的证候积分比较无明显差异,P> 0. 05;与治疗前比较治疗后2组证候积分均明显降低,且治疗后治疗组的证候积分明显低于参照组。参照组的总有效率为67. 74%,治疗组的总有效率为90. 32%,治疗组的总有效率明显高于参照组,P <0. 05。结论采用局部围刺联合中药口服治疗肾虚血瘀型黄褐斑患者的临床疗效显著,同时局部围刺操作简单还可明显改善患者临床症状,值得临床进一步深入研究。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of local acupuncture combined with oral administration of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chloasma due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis,in order to provide reference for further improving the curative effect of chloasma with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods Sixty-two patients with chloasma diagnosed as kidney deficiency and blood stasis were selected retrospectively from February 2016 to December 2017.According to the odd number and even number of hospital numbers,the patients were divided into control group(31 cases)and treatment group(31 cases).The control group was treated with oral administration of Chinese medicine,and the treatment group was treated with local acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect of two groups of patients was compared.Results There was no significant difference in symptom score between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of syndromes in both groups were significantly lower after treatment,and the symptom score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the control group was 67.74%and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.32%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion The local acupuncture combined with oral administration of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chloasma due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis is effective,and the simple operation of local acupuncture can obviously improve the clinical condition of the patients with chloasma due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis.It is worthy of further clinical study.
