文化价值视角下的乌兰牧骑服务职能创新研究

Innovation Research on the Service Function of Wulan Animal Husbandry and Riding from the Perspective of Cultural Value

乌兰牧骑既要适应国内外演艺产品、演艺市场的变化,又要成为新时期演艺领域的行业典范和精神标杆。由此,乌兰牧骑需要创新服务职能,从计划经济时期的以艺术普及为主,转向市场经济时期的以艺术精进为主,进而更好地实现文化价值。具体而言,乌兰牧骑应从提高创作质量、提升演出能力、行业示范引领和基层人员培养方面创新服务职能。地方政府应从体制机制改革、培养专业人才、能力导向资助、制定实施政策、完善设备设施方面为其提供保障。

Wulan muqi should not only adapt to the changes of domestic and foreign performing arts products and markets ,but also become the industry model and spiritual benchmark in the field of performing arts in the new era. Therefore, Wulan muqi needs to innovate its service function , and make the focus change from the art popularization in the planned economy period to the art improvement in the market economy period , so as to better realize the cultural value. To be specific , Wulan muqi should innovate its service functions by ways of improving the quality of creation ,enhancing the ability of performance, leading the industry demonstration and training grassroots personnel. Meanwhile local governments should provide guarantee for them in terms of institutional and mechanism reform , cultivating professional talents, ability-oriented funding, formulating and implementing policies, and improving equipment and facilities.
