积极老龄化政策研究的回顾与前瞻

Literature Review and Research Prospect of Active Aging Policy

人口老龄化是当下世界各国共同面临的重要问题。学界提出积极老龄化的概念,认为要将老龄化问题转化为社会资源,将老年人从社会负担转化为社会财富。近年来,积极老龄化的概念被应用于公共政策的研究中。学界围绕积极老龄化政策的基础理论和实践文本、必要性和可行性、路径选择等方面进行研究,并取得积极的研究成果。但研究还存在不足,应结合我国国情,对积极老龄化理论的中国化、相关政策体系的完善、合理实现机制的形成开展进一步的研究。

Nowadays, the population aging has become an important problem for all countries in the word. In the academia, the concept of active aging has been proposed by scholars to turn the aging problem into social resources, which means the aged people can be transferred from social burden into social wealth. In recent years, this concept has been applied to the researches on public policy. Studies on the basic theory, textual practice, necessity, feasibility and realizing path of the active aging policy has born rich fruits. But further researches are still needed on the localization in China, complementation of relevant policies and modification of realizing mechanism of active aging theory.
