摘要
目的探讨全身性机械振动刺激对于链豚佐菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠软组织创伤修复进程的调控效果。方法将72只大鼠随机分为3组:空白对照组(Control组)、糖尿病软组织创伤组(DM组)以及糖尿病软组织创伤协同全身机械振动载荷刺激组(DM+WBV组)。DM组和DM+WBV组通过腹腔注射链腺佐菌素诱导产生胰岛素依赖的糖尿病大鼠模型。给予3组大鼠背部软组织损伤处理,随后对DM+WBV组大鼠施加全身机械振动刺激:损伤处理后第5、12、19天,测量大鼠的体重和血糖,计算伤口闭合率,记录伤口愈合时间,分析组织生物力学抗张强度。结果机械振动载荷并未显著改变糖尿病大鼠的血糖和体重(P>0.05)。损伤处理后第5、12、19天,机械振动载荷刺激能显著提髙糖尿病大鼠的伤口闭合率,降低创伤愈合时间,提高组织生物力学抗张强度,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论全身性机械振动载荷能够显著地加快糖尿病伤口组织的愈合进程,改善糖尿病伤口组织的结构力学属性。本研究将为临床治疗糖尿病溃疡和伤口愈合提供新思路。
Objective To discuss the regulatory effects of whole - body vibration stimulation on the process of wound healing of soft tissues in streptozotocin - induced diabetic rats. Methods A total of 72 male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups, including a blank control ( Control) group, a diabetic wound ( DM) group and a diabetic wound and whole - body vibration ( DM + WBV ) group. A diabetic animal model was established via intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin for the rats in the DM and DM 4- WBV groups. All the rats in the three groups were subjected to dorsal surgery for establishment of soft tissue wound ( a circular wound with the diameter of 2 cm). Furthermore, the rats in the DM + WBV group were subjected to whole - body vibration stimulation. Then, on Days 5 , 12 and 19 after surgery, body weight, glucose levels, wound closure, and wound healing time were measured, while the tensile strength of soft tissues was also analyzed. Results Mechanical vibration showed no obvious changes in the glucose and body weight in diabetic rats ( P >0. 05 ). However, mechanical vibration significantly increased the wound closure rate, shortened overall wound healing period in diabetic rats, and enhanced tissue tensile strength in diabetic rats on Days 5 , 12 and 19 after surgery ( P <0. 05). Conclusions Whole - body vibration can accelerate diabetes - related wound healing process and improve the structural mechanical properties in diabetic wound tissues. This study provides novel direction and strategy for the clinical treatment of diabetic ulcers and wound healing.
