在某种意义上,“善”本应是工程的自身属性以及最高级指导原则之一。工程的伦理评价应与工程绩效评价一同构成现代工程评价体系。然而现实工程中,由于责任主体的多元化与约束机制的欠缺,工程伦理评价的落实却非易事。通过在工程的“实”与“善”同时聚焦的工程师角色上准确定位,赋予其更多的权力与责任,并适当借鉴科学、技术领域内的匿名评审与法律领域内的陪审员制度,或可对面向未来文明形态的不断发展着的工程转型提供帮助与思路。

In a sense,"goodness"should be the nature of engineering projects.And it is one of the most important engineering guidelines.Ideally,both ethical and performance evaluation should be used together when evaluating an engineering project.However,in reality,due to the diversification of responsibilities and the lack of constraint mechanism,the implementation of ethical evaluation on engineering is not easy.By accurately positioned on the"real aspect"and"good aspect"of engineering projects,an engineer is empowered with more authorities and responsibilities.Also,the review of anonymous jury in appropriate scientific,technological and legal fields could provide appropriate references.By doing these,it could probably provide help and ideas for the future continuous development and the engineering transformation.
