At present, in the world there are deep-seated contradictions and problems, which are the common challenges facing human society, and also important driving forces affecting the healthy and sustainable development of the world economy. The world economy is at a historical crossroad which is unprecedented changes in the past 100 years we are facing, where countries reach the era of global resonance with the international trade pattern, the international manufacturing pattern, the global energy pattern, the global financial system and pattern being undergoing profound adjustments and changes. Looking at the current and future periods, the driving force of world economic growth has undergone fundamental changes. The biggest variable affecting the world economic pattern is China, which will maintain the status of “anchor of stability” of the world economy for a long time.
