中国是大豆的故乡。到第二次世界大战时期,中国一直是全球最大的大豆生产国和出口国。而当前,中国已成为世界上最大的大豆消费国和进口国,大豆产业发展存在的主要问题制约着人民日益增长的大豆及加工制品需求和美好生活需要的满足。本文着眼于新时代中国大豆产业振兴,翔实分析大豆产业发展中存在的主要问题,深挖原因,提出大豆产业振兴发展的对策建议。

China is the home of soybeans. By World War II, China had been the world’s largest soybean producing and exporting nation. At present, China has become the world’s largest nation of soybean consumer and importer with the main problems in the development of soybean industry restricting the people’s growing demand for soybean and processed products and the satisfaction of the needs for a better life. This paper focuses on the revitalization of China’s soybean industry in the new era, makes a detailed analysis of the main problems in the development of soybean industry, digs deep into the causes, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the revitalization and development of soybean industry.
