老年痔疮患者术后应用中药熏洗坐浴联合特定电磁波的效果观察及护理

Application of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing combined with specific electromagnetic wave radiation after surgical treatment for hemorrhoids in elderly patients

目的探讨老年痔疮患者术后应用中药熏洗坐浴联合特定电磁波的效果,总结护理措施。方法2016年1月—2017年2月收治63例痔疮患者设为对照组,接受常规护理干预。2017年3月—2018年4月收治的63例痔疮患者设为观察组,术后在对照组基础上行中药熏洗坐浴联合特定电磁波干预。对比2组干预前后疼痛评分、水肿评分,评估2组术后恢复情况。结果干预后观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及水肿评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后水肿和渗出物消失时长、创面痊愈时长及疼痛消失时长均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年痔疮患者术后行中药熏洗坐浴联合特定电磁波干预,可有效降低疼痛及水肿,加快术后恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing combined with specific electromagnetic wave radiation (TDP) after surgical treatment for hemorrhoids in elderly patients. Methods Totally 63 elderly patients undergoing surgical treatment for hemorrhoids between January 2016 and February 2017 were included as the control, another 63 patients undergoing surgical treatment between March 2017 and April 2018 were include as the observation group. All patients received routine perioperative care, and those in the observation group were given Chinese herbal fumigation and washing combined with TDP. The degree of pain and edema were assessed, and the postoperative rehabilitation indicators were compared between two groups. Results Patients in the observation group had lower scores of Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) of pain and rating scale on edema compared with those in the control group after the intervention ( P <0.05). Patients in the observation group had shorter time to disappearance of edema and effusion, shorter wound healing time and duration of pain relief compared with those in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion The Chinese herbal fumigation and washing combined with TDP can effectively relieve the edema and pain after surgical treatment for hemorrhoids.
