摘要
本文从失禁相关性皮炎(IAD)的定义、危险因素、与压力性溃疡的区别、评估工具、预防与护理等几个方面综述IAD的研究现状,旨在为医护人员对IAD患者的护理提供相关参考依据。
This article reviewed the research status of incontinence-associated dermatitis (IAD) in aspects of the definition, risk factors, difference with pressure ulcers, assessment tools, prevention and nursing management, in order to provide reference for medical staff in nursing care of IAD patients.
