摘要
随着轨道列车速度的提升,对其轻量化的设计也提出了要求。空调箱体作为轨道列车空调机组的重要组成部分,是影响列车安全运行的重要因素之一。为了满足列车轻量化设计的要求,本文在满足强度要求的基础上对空调箱体进行轻量化设计。首先利用 Ansys 对空调箱体进行静强度分析,并根据空调箱体质量分布的特点,对箱体的压缩机底板和盖板在 OptiStruct 中进行形貌优化,对箱体侧板厚度进行尺寸优化,最后对优化后的模型进行疲劳强度校核。研究结果表明论文所提出的优化方案在满足疲劳强度要求的情况下质量降低了 5.39%,实现了空调箱体轻量化的设计要求。论文的研究为列车空调箱体的结构优化设计提供参考,具有一定的实际应用价值。
With the increase of the rail train running speed,requirements have also been raised for the lightweight design of rail trains. As an important component of the air conditioning unit for rail train,the air conditioning box is one of the key factors that affect the safety and stability of train running. In order to meet the lightweight design requirements of the rail train,in this paper the lightweight design was carried out for the air conditioning box on the basis that strength requirements are met. The static strength of the box was analyzed first using Ansys,and the shapes of the compressor baseplate and coverplate of the box were optimized according to mass distribution characteristics of the box using OptiStruct,the thickness size of the box sideplate was optimized,and finally the fatigue strength of the optimized model was checked. The research results show that the mass of the box was reduced by 5.39%,which achieves the lightweight design requirements of air conditioning box. The present study provides a certain reference for the structural optimization design of the air conditioning box for rail trains,and has certain practical application values.
