肺泡蛋白沉积症诊治的研究进展 被引量：8

摘要 肺泡蛋白沉积症(PAP)是一种罕见的肺间质性疾病,起病隐匿、临床表现缺乏特异性,常发生误诊病例。PAP的病理特征是肺泡腔及终末细支气管内有过碘酸-希夫(PAS)染色阳性的蛋白质样沉积物;胸部高分辨CT(HRCT)检查表现为弥漫性磨玻璃影、"不规则铺路石"样图案。PAP诊断的金标准是组织学检查发现肺泡内有PAS染色阳性的蛋白质样沉积物,并结合阿辛蓝染色阴性及HE染色等排外其他能引起PAS染色阳性的疾病。PAP的治疗包括支持性氧疗、全肺灌洗、吸入/皮下粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子、利妥昔单抗、血浆置换、肺移植等。
