摘要
齿顶倒圆可以减少应力集中并提高齿轮寿命,连续展成磨削作为高效高精的倒圆工艺,在加工小半径齿顶圆角时(通常在1mm以下),蜗杆砂轮将具有较大曲率从而难以修整,针对该问题文中提多刀逼近方法,采用小曲率砂轮多次磨削,逼近设计圆角。首先建立齿顶圆角的数学模型,并基于齿轮啮合原理对蜗杆砂轮廓形进行求解,其次计算每刀加工的砂轮偏移量及砂轮偏移后得到的齿面,最后进行仿真验证,说明方法可行且逼近精度较高。该方法解决了磨削小半径齿顶圆角蜗杆砂轮难以修整的问题,同时对连续展成磨削摆线齿轮、圆弧齿轮等具有参考价值。
Tip fillet can reduce the stress concentration and improve the service lives of gears.Continuous generating grinding is a rounding technology with high efficiency and precision.However,the worm for pinion tip fillet,which is less than 5mm,is hard to dress with large curvature.Multi-cutting approaching method was put forword concerning this issue.The fillet was approached continuously by the worm with small curvature.The mathematical model of tip fillet was built firstly,and the worm profile was calculated based on gear meshing theory.Then the offsets of worm and the gear surface in each processes were solved.Finally,this method was proven viable and precise by the simulation results.The multi-cutting approaching method solve the problem that the worm for pinion tip fillet can t be dressed,and have reference value for continuous generating grinding of cycloid gear and arc gear.
