In this paper,the importance of stepped sleeve assembly for locking in spindle mechanism and its temperature differential assembly method are introduced,the assembly tool of stepped sleeve and its operating principle are also described.The heating temperature,assembling procedure ,adjusting step and disassembling procedure of stepped sleeve are discussed emphatically,it provides reference for the assembling of similar products.
