摘要
分析了数控机床常见故障和某系列数控车床的故障间隔时间观测值,利用最小二乘法对参数进行估计,并对线性相关性和假设进行检验,验证其服从威布尔分布,得到了该系列数控车床故障间隔时间的概率密度函数、分布函数和故障失效率函数。
It analyzed the common failures of CNC machine tools and the failure interval time observation value of a series CNC lathe,and used the least square method to estimation parameter.It carried out the linear correlation test and hypothesis test,and verifyed that it was subject to Weibull distribution,then obtained the probability density function,the distribution function and the failure rate function of the fault interval time of the CNC lathes.
