摘要 针对轨道交通行业轮对尺寸检测手段落后、精度不高的问题,提出了一种使用TurboPMAC2+IPC集成的轮对测量系统,该系统利用激光位移传感器对轮对的多个参数实现高精密测量。主要介绍了轮对测量机的硬件机械结构,使用MFC作为上位机软件开发平台。通过对PID参数调试,对运动轴的阶跃响应曲线和速度曲线进行了效果分析。通过实验测试证明,论证轮对测量机的数据准确性和实用性,满足了动车轮对装配尺寸测量要求。 Aiming at the problem about backward and low precision of wheelset dimension detection in rail transit industry, wheelset measurement system using integrated Turbo PMAC2 + IPC is proposed, which uses laser displacement sensor to realize high precision measurement of multiple parameters of wheelset.This paper mainly introduces the hardware and mechanical structure of wheelset measuring machine, and use MFC as the host computer software development platform.Through the debugging of PID parameters, the effect of step response curve and velocity curve of moving axis is analyzed.Through the experimental test, it is proved the data accuracy and practicability and the measurement requirements of the wheelset on the assembly size are satisfied.
