摘要 针对球关节运动状态的现有检测方法对工作环境要求高,测量精度低等问题,在分析球关节运动状态标识方法和位置敏感探测器角度检测原理的基础上,提出了一种应用位置敏感探测器测量球关节运动状态的在线检测方法,并设计了一种试验装置。该方法首先应用二维位置敏探测器实时检测入射光光斑位置偏离于光敏面中心的距离,换算获得球关节的天顶角和方位角,然后应用实时测量的天顶角和方位角时间序列,计算球关节的角速度及线速度等参数。仿真试验表明,入射光处于PSD的中心区域附近时,该方法对于静态参数的测量可靠有效,其测量结果与NDI法、角度尺法相近;对于动态参数的测量结果优于NDI法。 Aiming at the strict demands of the work environment and low measurement accuracy of the existing detection methods for the motion state of spherical joints,An on-line detection method of measuring the spherical joint motion state by using a position sensitive detector is proposed in this paper,based on analyzing the identification method of the spherical joint motion state and the principle of the angle detection of the position sensitive detector,and an experimental device is designed.Firstly the distance between the location of the incident light spot and the center of the photosensitive surface is detected by a two-dimensional location sensor,and the zenith angle and azimuth angle of the spherical joint are obtained.Then the dynamic parameters,such as the angular velocity and the line velocity of the spherical joint are calculated by using the real-time measured zenith angle and azimuth time series.The simulation test shows that the method is reliable and effective for the measurement of static parameters when the incident light is near the central region of PSD.The measurement results are similar to that of the NDI method and the angle ruler method,and the measurement results for the dynamic parameters are superior to the NDI method.
