摘要
为培养出社会和产业需要的具备工程能力、创新能力、职业能力和良好职业道德的高素质技术技能型工程人才,基于CDIO工程教育理念和“卓越工程师”的培养要求,结合专业现状和专业特色,河南工学院机械制造与自动化专业制定了“卓越人才培养工程实验班”的人才培养目标;按照“CDIO教学大纲”的三级指标,设计了该班的知识、能力、素质培养目标,构建了以三级教学项目为载体的一体化教学体系,改革了教学内容和教学方法。对该班学生实行导师制、实施CDIO项目组管理,以培养学生的工程意识、创新意识和竞争意识。学生参加一系列竞赛的获奖情况和就业单位的反馈结果证明教学改革达到了运用综合工程项目训练学生工程能力的目的。
In order to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled engineering talents with engineering, innovation, professional ability and good professional ethics for social and industrial needs, based on the CDIO engineering education concept and the training requirements of "excellent engineers", combined with the professional status quo and Professional characteristics, Henan Institute of Technology mechanical manufacturing and automation professionally developed the talent training objectives of "excellent talent training engineering experimental class"(referred to as "excellent class");in accordance with the "CDIO syllabus" three indicators to design "excellent class" knowledge, ability, and quality training objectives, the construction of an integrated teaching system based on the three-level teaching project, reformed the teaching content and teaching methods. Conducting a mentoring system and implementing CDIO project team management for the "Classic Class" students to cultivate students' engineering awareness, innovation awareness and competition awareness. Through the participation of students in a series of competition awards and employment unit feedback results, the effectiveness of the teaching reform is illustrated, and achieved the purpose of training students' engineering ability with comprehensive engineering projects.
