综合护理干预对腹部术后肠梗阻患者的影响效果研究

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients with Intestinal Obstruction after Abdominal Operation

目的观察综合护理干预对腹部术后肠梗阻患者的临床护理效果影响。方法选取自2016年10月至2017年10月于朝阳市中医院普外科住院治疗的腹部术后肠梗阻后患者32例,所有研究对象通过信封法随机分组,对照组16例,应用常规护理干预方式,试验组16例,应用综合护理干预方式,观察两组患者护理前后生活质量评分及临床护理满意度变化情况。结果护理干预后:对照组QOLS评分(28.39±3.68),试验组(37.13±3.21);②对照组临床护理满意度为81.25%,试验组为93.75%,两组数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预后可有效改善肠梗阻患者疼痛、恶心及排气等临床症状,恢复患者自理能力及生活质量,有效提高临床护理满意度,临床疗效优异,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the clinical nursing effect of patients with intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery.Methods From October 2016 to October 2017,32 patients with postoperative intestinal obstruction treated by general surgery in Chaoyang City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine All subjects were randomly divided into groups.The control group received routine nursing Intervention mode,the experimental group of 16 cases,the application of comprehensive nursing intervention,the two groups of patients before and after the quality of life scores and clinical nursing satisfaction changes.Results The QOLS score of the control group was(28.39±3.68)and that of the experimental group was(37.13±3.21).The satisfaction rate of the clinical nursing in the control group was 81.25%and that of the experimental group was 93.75%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively relieve the symptoms such as pain,nausea and excretion of patients with intestinal obstruction and restore self-care ability and quality of life of patients with intestinal obstruction.It is worth to be popularized.
