手术室二对一带教与专人专项教学相结合

摘要 目的探讨手术室二对一带教与专人专项教学相结合的教学方法及效果。方法选择2018年5月至2019年3月实习生162名,其中2018年5月至2018年10月的实习生80名为对照组,采用二对一教学法,一名老师为年资高的主管护师及以上人员搭配一名年轻的有三年手术室以上工作经验的护士及护师带教一名学生;2018年11月至2019月3月的实习生82名为试验组,采用二对一带教与专人专项教学相结合的教学方法,除了老少搭配的二名老师外并设置了总带教、器械组护士及访视护士进行专人专项教学。结果学生和老师关系融洽,主动性、互动性增强,学生和老师对教学效果评价均满意,学生出科考核手术室基本理论与技术操作成绩有所提高。结论手术室二对一带教与专人专项教学相结合的教学方法,提高了老师与学生的教与学的满意度,增强师生互动性、主动性,提高教学质量,促进了师生共同进步。 Objective To explore the teaching methods and effects of the combination of teaching and special teaching in two areas of operation room.Methods From May 2015 to March 2016 162 intern,which in May 2015 and October 2015 80 intern for the control group,with two of a teaching method,a teacher for the charge nurse seniority and above staff collocation a nurse young three years or above working experience in the operation room and nurse teaching students in November 2015;2016 March 82 intern for the experimental group,with two of the area of teaching methods combined with special teaching,in addition to two teachers and the collocation and set up a general teaching instrument,group of nurses and visiting nurses of special teaching.Results The harmonious teachers and students relations,initiative,interactive enhancement,teachers and students to evaluate the teaching effect of nursing students were satisfied with the assessment of operation room,basic theory and technology of operating performance improved.Conclusion Operation room two to one teaching teaching method combined with special teaching,improve the teachers and students in teaching and learning satisfaction,enhance teacher-student interaction,initiative,improve teaching quality,promote the common progress of the teacher.
