摘要
为了提高齿轮-箱体-基座耦合系统辐射噪声分析的计算效率,采用子结构法提取基座在与箱体各连接点处的等效质量和等效刚度,并用质量单元和弹簧单元对基座进行等效。在此基础上建立齿轮-箱体-基座耦合系统的辐射噪声分析模型,完成辐射噪声分析,并与全有限元/边界元法的分析结果进行对比。结果表明:采用子结构法分析获得的耦合系统在各场点处的有效声压级与全有限元/边界元法分析结果间的差距均未超过4.5dB,而该方法的分析时间仅为全有限元/边界元法的32.7%。
In order to raise the efficiency of the radiation noise simulation of gear-box-base coupling systems,the equivalent mass and stiffness at each connection point of the base are extracted using substructure method,and the base is discretized by mass elements and spring elements.On this basis,the radiation noise simulation model of the gear-box-base coupling system is established and the radiation noise simulation is completed.The simulation results are compared with those by using the full finite element / boundary element method.The results show the difference between the equivalent sound pressure level at each field point obtained by using the proposed method and that obtained by using the full finite element / boundary element method is less than 4.5 dB,and the simulation time consuming of the proposed method only accounts for 32.7 % of that of the full finite element/boundary element method.
