摘要
通过对某车型在起步过程中出现“咔哒”异响现象进行分析,最终确定起步异响是由于变速器输出轴内端面与联轴器接触端面粘滑振动诱发产生。根据接触结构特点理论计算粘滑发生可能性并建立简化物理模型分析粘滑运动模式。分析与异响问题相关的各影响因素并提出多种工程化控制因素,最终采用在接触面间添加特制减摩垫圈改变接触结合界面动态摩擦特性的方法,使该车型起步异响问题得到有效解决。目前,国内外对传动系统中的粘滑问题研究较少,研究成果对后续车型开发设计中类似问题的规避具有重要指导意义。
Through the investigation and analysis of an automobile“clicking”abnormal noise in starting process,it is determined that this noise is induced by the stick-slip vibration at the joint between the inner surface of the transmission shaft end and the coupling end of the gearbox.According to the contact theory and the actual structure characters,the possibility of stick-slip occurrence is calculated and a simplified physical model for analyzing the stick-slip motion is established.The influencing factors associated with the click noise are discussed and some measures for controlling the click noise are put forward.Finally,by reducing the dynamic friction coefficient at the joint via inserting a special washer into the contact interface,the problem of click noise in the starting process is solved.Since there are very few research results about the slick-slip of transmission systems,this work has significant guideline to avoid the similar problem during the design process of vehicles.
