摘要 为了促进工程达标投产及工程创优工作,提升工程整体质量水平,避免因基建期间设计缺陷、制造质量、控制不严、安装不符合规范等引起的非停事故,确保新建机组顺利投产,投产后能够安全、稳定、环保、经济运行,保证设备和系统的基础健康。在基建期技术监督实施过程中,设立健全的组织机构,编制各技术监督网实施细则,开展月度季度质量检查以及会议,严格执行考核制度,采用技术监督管理信息平台,管理设备技术档案,全过程监督现场设备质量缺陷。通过开展基建期技术监督工作,探索和创新基建技术监督管理体系、工作标准,提升工程质量管理水平,对设备的相关数据进行统计、归纳,对以后的运行、检修维护管理有着非常重要的意义。 In order to promote engineering standards for production and engineering to create work, promote the overall quality level of engineering, avoid the construction during the design defects, manufacturing quality, control is lax, installation is not in conformity with the specification and other non stop caused by accident, ensure the smooth production of the new unit to after the production of security, stability, environmental protection, economic operation, ensure that the equipment and systems on the basis of health. In the process of technical supervision and implementation during the construction period, a sound organizational structure shall be established, detailed rules for the implementation of various technical supervision networks shall be compiled, monthly and quarterly quality inspection and meetings shall be carried out, the assessment system shall be strictly implemented, the technical supervision and management information platform shall be adopted, the equipment and technology archives shall be managed, and the quality defects of on-site equipment shall be supervised throughout the process. By carrying out the technical supervision work in the construction period, exploring and innovating the supervision and management system and working standards of the construction technology, improving the quality management level of the project, and summarizing the relevant data of the equipment, it is of great significance to the future operation, maintenance and maintenance management.
