摘要
描述了国际和国内稀贵金属再生综合利用主体工艺和国内在工艺及污染控制存在的不足,分析了二噁英形成和控制,并在此基础上,对某稀贵金属再生综合利用项目二噁英的控制从工艺、环保措施等方面采取的相关措施进行合理性分析。通过分析可知,该项目采取的防治措施是合理可行的,其二噁英排放浓度完全可控制在欧盟标准以内。
Describes the international and domestic rare and precious metal recycling and comprehensive utilization of main process, and in the domestic shortage of technology and pollution control.
