摘要
秸秆经碱预处理后进行中温混合厌氧消化表现出典型的水解酸化和甲烷化过程,碱预处理秸秆的厌氧消化周期在27d左右,未预处理的秸秆在试验的33d内未有明显的厌氧消化反应发生,碱预处理秸秆缩短了其厌氧消化周期。从产气率、产气量分析,NaOH预处理试验组好于氨水预处理试验组。
Conducts medium temperature anaerobic digestion mixed with straw treated by base, in the hydrolysis acidification stage. The study showed that under the test conditions, the cycle of anaerobic digestion of the straw preprocessed with lye was 27 days, but, there was no visible anaerobic digestion reaction in the experiment with the original straw in 33 days. This showed that anaerobic digestion cycle was greatly improved by the straw preprocessed with lye. Analysis of gas production rate and gas production showed that the anaerobic digestion effect of straw preprocessed with NaOH was better than which was preprocessed with ammonia.
