摘要
为解决储仓式制粉系统、四角切圆燃烧方式的300MW机组锅炉燃烧贫煤时炉膛出口排放NOx质量浓度较高(900~1000mg/Nm3)的问题,在进行燃烧器改造后炉膛出口排放NOx质量浓度降至550mg/Nm3左右;国家和地方环保标准提高后需进一步降低,遂又进行了燃烧器三次风重新布置、部分三次风引入主燃烧区进行助燃改造,炉膛出口排放NOx质量浓度降至480mg/Nm3左右,为同类型锅炉低氮燃烧改造提供了借鉴意义。
To solve the NOx concentration is higher (900-1 000 mg/Nm3) when burn lean coal on storage type pulverizing system, four way tangential firing boiler of 300 MW, the chamber of a stove or furnace outlet NOx concentration to 550 mg/Nm3 after burner alteration. National and local environmental standards improve need to further reduce, after tertiaryair then ran a burner wind to rearrange, part tertiaryair into the main combustion zone combustion-supporting renovation, the chamber of a stove or furnace outlet NOx concentration down to about 480 mg/Nm3, low nitrogen combustion retrofit for similar boiler provides reference.
