摘要
为了分析倒装式基层沥青路面级配碎石层厚度对路面各结构层受力及沥青面层疲劳寿命的影响,本文中使用BISAR3.0程序对不同级配碎石层厚度下的路面弯沉、面层层底拉应力、半刚性基层层底拉应力、沥青面层疲劳寿命进行计算分析,并参照本文分析结果对仁博高速公路倒装式基层沥青路面结构进行设计,结果表明级配碎石层厚度的增大对面层受力有着不利影响,但对减缓反射裂缝的产生有着积极作用。在选用倒装式基层沥青路面时应综合分析面层和半刚性基层受力情况合理确定级配碎石层厚度。
In order to analyze the influence of Graded Macadam layer thickness of inverted base asphalt pavement on the stress of pavement structural layers and fatigue life of asphalt pavement, this paper uses BISAR 3.0 program to calculate and analyze pavement deflection, bottom tensile stress of surface layer, bottom tensile stress of semi-rigid base layer and fatigue life of asphalt pavement under Different Graded Macadam layer thickness, and refers to the analysis results of this paper to Renbo high-speed pavement. The design of highway inverted base asphalt pavement structure shows that the increase of Graded Macadam layer thickness has a negative impact on the surface stress, but it has a positive role in slowing down the generation of reflection cracks. When choosing inverted base asphalt pavement, the stress of surface layer and semi-rigid base should be analyzed comprehensively and the thickness of graded gravel layer should be determined reasonably.
