摘要 成果导向工程教育理念(OBE)近年来被越来越多的职业教育工作者和专家学者所接受,并探索出了很多适合国内实际的中国化成果。文中以广东农工商职业技术学院汽车营销与服务专业课程体系构建为例,介绍了专业人才培养目标确定、课程体系构建的流程、课程标准制定等内容,通过课程支撑专业核心能力指标的达成。通过OBE教育改革实践,确立了“以学生为中心、以成果为导向、动态持续改进”的人才培养模式改革路径。 In recent years, the education concept of results-oriented engineering (OBE) has been accepted by more and more professional education workers and experts and scholars, and many Chinese achievements suitable for domestic practice have been explored. Taking the construction of the curriculum system of automobile marketing and service major of Guangdong AIB Polytechnic as an example, this paper introduces the determination of the training objectives of professional talents, the process of curriculum system construction and the formulation of curriculum standards, etc, supporting the achievement of core competence indicators of the major through courses. Through the reform practice of OBE education, the reform path of "student-centered, results-oriented, dynamic and continuous improvement" talent cultivation mode was established.
