新工科背景下高职汽车创新人才实践培养模式的探索——以广东交通职业技术学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 第四次工业革命的到来,促使工程教育进行全方位的变革。新的产业发展对人才提出新的需求,知识结构发生了改变,多学科的交融是新工科的特色。汽车业的变化也包含其中,为了适应新的发展需求和要求,人才培养模式和实践需要创新,敢于改变。职业教育面向行业培养复合型技术技能人才,新工科的出现,使得职业教育的人才培养的目标和能力结构发生变化。“一个核心,一种机制,三个平台,一套方法”的创新实践培养模式,是在新的行业以及专业改革变化背景下探索出的高职汽车人才培养模式。 The advent of the fourth industrial revolution prompted a comprehensive change in engineering education. New industry development puts forward new demand for talent, and the structure of knowledge has changed. Multidisciplinary integration is the characteristic of new engineering, in which the change of automobile industry is included. In order to adapt to the new development needs and requirements, talent training mode and practice need to be innovated and dared to change. Vocational education aims at cultivating versatile technical and technical talents. With the emergence of new engineering, the goal and ability structure of talent cultivation in vocational education have changed. In order to adapt to the development of the industry, the innovative practice training mode of "one core, one mechanism, three platforms and one set of methods" is a higher vocational automobile talent training mode explored under the background of new industry and professional reform and change.
