临床护理干预和常规护理在结膜炎患者中的护理效果对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Nursing Effects of Clinical Nursing Intervention and Routine Nursing in Patients with Conjunctivitis

目的探讨临床护理干预和常规护理在结膜炎患者中的护理效果对比观察。方法从该院眼科2017年5月—2018年7月就诊患者中方便选取88例结膜炎患者作为研究对象,按照护理方法不同将其分为两组,研究组和对照组各44例;其中对照组患者应用常规护理干预,研究组配合实施临床护理干预,对比上述两组患者的护理满意以及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者护理总满意度为93.2%,对照组患者总满意度为75.0%(χ^2=6.502),研究组护理满意度明显高于对照组,对照组患者不良反应发生率为20.4%,研究组患者发生率为9.1%,研究组患者治疗后不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.130,P<0.05)。结论针对接受治疗的结膜炎患者实施临床护理干预措施有一定的实际意义,可大幅度提升患者生活质量以及护理满意度,降低不良反应的发生率,值得广泛使用。

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of clinical nursing intervention and routine nursing in patients with conjunctivitis. Methods 88 patients with conjunctivitis were convenient selected from the patients from May 2017 to July 2018 in our hospital. They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The study group and the control group were each of 44 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention, and the study group cooperated with the implementation of clinical nursing intervention to compare the satisfaction of the two groups of patients and the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results The total satisfaction of patients in the study group was 93.2%. The total satisfaction of the patients in the control group was 75.0%(χ^2=6.502). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 20.4%. and the incidence rate of the study group was 9.1%. The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group. There was statistically significantdifference between the two groups (χ^2=6.130,P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of clinical nursing interventions in conjunctivitis patients with treatment has certain practical significance, which can greatly improve the quality of life of patients and the satisfaction of nursing, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of widespread use.
