系统护理在老年烧伤患者肠内营养管理中的应用效果

Effect of System Nursing on Enteral Nutrition Management in Elderly Burn Patients

目的分析系统护理在重度老年烧伤病人肠内营养支持疗法管理中的临床效果。方法方便选择2015年2月—2018年2月期间收治昆明医科大学第二附属医院烧伤科的58例重度老年烧伤患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各29例,对照组采用常规鼻胃管鼻饲护理,观察组采用系统护理,比较两组患者创面愈合时间、住院时间及并发症的发生情况。结果观察组的创面愈合时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(24.5±5.9)dvs(33.1±6.4)d、(38.5±6.7)dvs(49.9±6.3)d],差异有统计学意义(t=5.320,6.675,P<0.05);观察组中发生反流误吸、腹泻、脱管堵管、胃潴留、便秘的患者总比例明显少于对照组(6.90%vs34.48%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.149,P<0.05)。结论系统护理护理可有效降低重度老年烧伤病人肠内营养并发症的发生率,缩短患者创面愈合时间及住院时间,促进患者早日康复。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of systemic nursing in the management of enteral nutrition support therapy for severe elderly burn patients. Methods A total of 58 severely aged burn patients from the Department of Burns, Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University, from February 2015 to February 2018, were convenient selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 29 cases in each group. The control group adopted nasal tube feeding and nasal feeding, the observation group used systemic nursing, comparing the wound healing time, hospitalization time and complications of the two groups. Results The healing time and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (24.5±5.9)d vs (33.1±6.4)d,(38.5±6.7)d vs (49.9±6.3)d], the difference was statistically significant (t=5.320,6.675, P<0.05);the total proportion of patients with reflux aspiration, diarrhea, tube obstruction, gastric retention, constipation was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (6.90% vs 34.48%), the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=5.149, P<0.05). Conclusion System nursing care can effectively reduce the incidence of enteral nutrition complications in severe elderly burn patients, shorten the wound healing time and hospitalization time, and promote the early recovery of patients.
