椎间孔镜手术患者临床护理路径的应用研究

Application Study of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients with Intervertebral Foramen Surgery

目的观察椎间孔镜手术患者临床护理路径的应用效果。方法于本院2016年11月—2017年11月收治的患者中,随机选取98例作为样本,将患者随机分为2组,均行椎间孔镜手术治疗疾病。对照组予以常规护理,观察组实施临床护理路径。结果观察组手术时间(64.15±1.71)min、翻身与肢体运动时间(6.10±1.40)h、术后疼痛(3.10±0.15)分、生活质量(90.78±1.96)分、住院时间(2.62±0.17)d、术前护理(95.41±1.44)分、术中(92.69±0.78)分、术后(97.38±1.33)分,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施临床护理路径,能够有效缩短手术时间,减轻术后疼痛,加速病情康复。

Objective To observe the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with intervertebral foramen surgery. Methods Among the patients admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017, 98 patients were randomly selected as samples. The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, all of whom underwent intervertebral foramen surgery. The control group received routine care and the observation group implemented a clinical care pathway. Results The operation time of the observation group was (64.15±1.71) min, the time of turning and limb movement (6.10±1.40)h, postoperative pain (3.10±0.15)points, and the quality of life was (90.78±1.96)points. The length of hospital stay (2.62±0.17) d, preoperative care (95.41±1.44)points, intraoperative (92.69±0.78)points, and postoperative (97.38±1.33)points were statistically significant different from the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of clinical nursing pathway can effectively shorten the operation time, reduce postoperative pain and accelerate the recovery of the disease.
