浅析颈部淋巴结结核患者的护理体会

Analysis of Nursing Experience of Patients with Cervical Lymph Node Tuberculosis

目的研究颈部淋巴结结核患者的护理效果。方法方便选取2016年1月—2018年7月期间该院接收的颈部淋巴结结核患者700例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(普外科常规护理)和观察组(综合护理),350例/组。将两组的负性情绪评分、结核病知识知晓率、遵医用药情况进行比对。结果观察组颈部淋巴结结核患者干预后的焦虑评分(31.47±4.73)分、抑郁评分(40.36±3.27)分均低于对照组数据(37.95±5.86)分、(47.31±4.58)分,差异统计学意义(t=16.098、23.105,P=0.001、0.001);观察组患者干预后的结核病知识知晓率(94.86%)、按时换药率(98.57%)及按时服药率(96.86%)同对照组(80.57%、82.86%、83.43%)进行比较均更高,差异统计学意义(χ^2=33.141、51.302、35.515,P=0.001、0.001、0.001)。结论对颈部淋巴结结核患者实施综合护理有助于其负性情绪的改善,促进结核病知识知晓率及用药依从性的提高,对于患者早日康复、预后效果的提高具有较好的促进作用。

Objective To study the nursing effect of patients with cervical lymph node tuberculosis. Methods Convenient select 700 patients with cervical lymph node tuberculosis received from our hospital from January 2016 to July 2018 were randomly divided into the control group (general surgery for general surgery) and the observation group (integrated care), 350 cases/ group. The negative emotional scores, tuberculosis knowledge awareness rates, and medical drugs were compared between the two groups. Results The anxiety scores (31.47±4.73)points and depression scores (40.36±3.27)points were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group (37.95±5.86)points,(47.31±4.58)points, with significance (t=16.098, 23.105, P=0.001, 0.001);awareness of tuberculosis knowledge (94.86%), timely dressing rate (98.57%) and on-time medication rate (96.86%) in the observation group were the same as the control group ( 80.57%, 82.86%, and 83.43%) were all higher, and the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=33.141, 51.302, 35.515, P=0.001, 0.001, 0.001). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for patients with cervical lymph node tuberculosis contributes to the improvement of negative emotions, promotes awareness of tuberculosis knowledge and drug compliance, and promotes the early recovery and prognosis of patients.
