用核磁共振血管成像技术诊断脑血管疾病的效果及对诊断准确率的影响

The Effect of Using Magnetic Resonance Angiography to Diagnose Cerebrovascular Diseases and Its Impact on Diagnostic Accuracy

目的研究用核磁共振血管成像技术诊断脑血管疾病的效果及对诊断准确率的影响。方法该次研究方便选择脑血管疾病患者为研究对象,时间在2017年12月—2018年8月之间,根据电脑随机分配的原则将100例脑血管疾病患者分为两组,其中包括对照组和观察组,分别行多层螺旋CT血管成像诊断;核磁共振血管成像技术诊断,对比其两组诊断准确率、误诊率以及漏诊率。结果观察组脑血管疾病患者诊断准确率96.00%较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.49;P<0.05)。观察组脑血管疾病患者误诊率2.00%、漏诊率2.00%,与对照组相比较低,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.89、5.98;P<0.05)。结论用核磁共振血管成像技术诊断脑血管疾病的效果十分显著,同时能够提高诊断准确性,值得研究。

Objective To study the effect of nuclear magnetic resonance angiography on the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases and its impact on the diagnostic accuracy. Methods The patients were convenient selected for cerebrovascular disease. Between December 2017 and August 2018, 100 patients with cerebrovascular disease were divided into two groups according to the principle of random computer distribution, including the control group and the observation group. Multi-slice spiral CT angiography diagnosis;nuclear magnetic resonance angiography diagnosis, comparing the diagnostic accuracy, misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of the two groups. Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of patients with cerebrovascular disease in the observation group was 96.00% higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=9.49;P<0.05). The misdiagnosis rate of patients with cerebrovascular disease in the observation group was 2.00%, and the rate of missed diagnosis was 2.00%, which was lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (χ^2=4.89, 5.98;P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of NMR angiography in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease is very significant, and it can improve the diagnostic accuracy, which is worthy of study.
