立体定向微创手术联合颅内压监护在颅脑疾病中的应用价值研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的本次研究主要为了探讨立体定向微创手术联合颅内压监护在颅脑疾病中的应用价值。方法通过选取于2018年2月至2019年2月期间,在本院治疗的颅脑疾病患者106例展开研究。按照患者不同临床治疗方式分为两组,对照组51例,观察组55例。对照组患者行单纯颅内压监护,以患者的实际颅内压均值行临床常规治疗,观察组则在颅内压监护基础上行立体定向微创手术治疗。对比分析两组患者的临床不良反应发生率、死亡率以及神经功能缺损改善情况。结果经研究发现观察组的治疗不良反应发生率相较对照组明显较少,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的临床死亡率相较对照组明显较少,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗前后专业神经功能缺损评分均有效改善,观察组的神经功能缺损评分改善成效相较对照组明显较好,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对颅脑疾病患者行立体定向微创手术治疗,能够减少对患者的颅脑创伤,实现精准定位减少患者并发症发生率,并且降低患者的死亡率,取得显著临床治疗成效可以在临床推广运用。 Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the application value of stereotactic minimally invasive surgery combined with intracranial pressure monitoring in craniocerebral diseases. Methods 106 patients with craniocerebral diseases treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected for the study. The patients were divided into two groups according to different clinical treatment methods, 51 cases in the control group and 55 cases in the observation group. The patients in the control group were monitored by intracranial pressure alone, and the patients in the observation group were treated by stereotactic minimally invasive surgery on the basis of intracranial pressure monitoring. The incidence of adverse reactions, mortality and improvement of neurological deficits were compared between the two groups. Results The study found that the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05);the clinical mortality rate in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05);the scores of professional neurological deficits in the two groups were effectively improved before and after treatment, and the neurological deficits in the observation group were significantly improved. The improvement effect of functional defect score was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Stereotactic minimally invasive surgery for patients with craniocerebral diseases can reduce craniocerebral trauma, achieve precise localization and reduce the incidence of complications, and reduce the mortality rate of patients. Significant clinical effects can be achieved in clinical application.
