热毒宁注射液联合抗生素治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效分析

Efficacy of reduning injection combined with antibiotics in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children

目的观察分析在支气管肺炎患儿中采用热毒宁注射液以及抗生素联合治疗的效果。方法选择2016年6月至2018年6月在本院接受治疗的支气管肺炎患儿80例。利用随机数字表格法分成对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患儿均接受抗生素治疗,观察组患儿接受抗生素以及热毒宁注射液的联合治疗。对比用药后两组患儿的总疗效率、咳嗽消失时间、血象恢复时间、体温恢复时间、肺啰音消失时间、不良反应率情况差异。结果观察组总疗效率为95.00%,对照组总疗效率为80.00%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中患者的咳嗽消失时间、血象恢复时间、体温恢复时间、肺啰音消失时间均显著比对照组短(P<0.05)。观察组中患儿的不良反应率为2.50%,对照组患儿的不良反应率为10.00%,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上针对小儿支气管肺炎采用热毒宁以及抗生素联合治疗效果更加良好,用药后患儿的各项体征、症状均能获得更快的恢复,不良反应率低。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of Yeduning injection combined with antibiotics in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia. Methods 80 cases of bronchopneumonia were selected from June 2016 to June 2018. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method with 40 cases in each group. The control group were treated with antibiotics, and the observation group were treated with antibiotics and reduning injection. The total curative effect rate, cough disappearance time, hemogram recovery time, body temperature recovery time, lung rale disappearance time and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total curative effect rate was 95.00% in the group and 80.00% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The time of cough disappearance, hemogram recovery, body temperature recovery and lung rales disappearance in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.50% and that in the control group was 10%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of combination of heat toxic Ning and antibiotic therapy in children' s bronchopneumonia is better, and the symptoms and signs of children can be recovered faster and the rate of adverse reaction is low.
