Application of splb-200c pulse laser in the treatment of xanthoma

目的研究splb-200c型脉冲激光治疗睑黄瘤的应用效果。方法本次选择对象为睑黄瘤患者,时间在2016年9月至2017年9月,将其依照数字表法分为对照组和观察组,分别行液氮冷冻治疗和splb-200c型脉冲激光治疗,观察两组睑黄瘤患者治疗效果、各项指标评分、两组患者不良反应情况。结果观察组睑黄瘤患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);各项指标评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应发生概率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论splb-200c型脉冲激光治疗睑黄瘤具有十分显著的效果,值得研究。

Objective To study the application effect of splb-200c pulse laser in the treatment of xanthoma. Methods The selected subjects were patients with xanthoma, who were divided into control group and observation group according to the digital table method from September 2016 to September 2017. They were treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy and splb-200c. Pulsed laser treatment, the treatment effect of two groups of jaundice patients, the scores of various indicators, and the adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of the indicators were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Splb-200c pulse laser treatment of xanthoma has a very significant effect and is worthy of study.
