摘要
重症患者需要进行脑功能监测,来源于麻醉监测的脑电双频指数因其连续、动态、无创等优势而在ICU中得到应用及推广,了解脑电双频指数近年的进展有利于其在重症患者中更好地应用。
Severe patients are needed to monitor brain function. The bispectral index derived from anesthesia monitoring has been applied and popularized in the ICU because of its advantages of continuous, dynamic and noninvasive. Understanding the recent progress of the bispectral index is beneficial to better use in critically ill patients.
