原发性高血压伴高尿酸血症的治疗进展

Advances in treatment of essential hypertension with hyperuricemia

近年来随着人们生活水平提高,高血压伴高尿酸血症的发病率有上升趋势,患患者数逐年增加。当高血压与高尿酸血症同时存在时,患者心、脑、肾等靶器官损害的风险明显上升。为提高原发性高血压伴高尿酸血症的临床诊治水平,本文将从血尿酸的代谢、原发性高血压与血尿酸水平二者间的相互影响、原发性高血压合并高尿酸血症的治疗等几个方面进行简要综述。

In recent years, with the improvement of people' s living standards, the incidence of essential hypertension with hyperuricemia has been on the rise, with the number of patients increasing year by year. When essential hypertension and hyperuricemia coexist, the risk of damage to target organs such as heart, brain and kidney is significantly increased. In order to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of essential hypertension with hyperuricemia, this paper will briefly review the metabolism of blood uric acid, the interaction between essential hypertension and uric acid level, and the treatment of essential hypertension with hyperuricemia.
