摘要
为提高某城市轨道交通车辆转向架天线梁结构的疲劳寿命,对天线梁结构进行了随机振动疲劳分析,并建立了有限元模型。将实际线路中采集到的时域加速度谱变换为频率内的载荷激励谱,作为仿真分析的输入条件。结合Dirlik公式和线性疲劳累积损伤理论,计算产生天线梁的最大损伤位置及其损伤值。对天线梁的疲劳寿命进行了预测,并依据计算结论对天线梁结构进行优化。仿真分析结果与实际线路动应力测试结果对比表明,随机振动疲劳分析方法可以反映转向架天线梁疲劳的真实运行特点。
In order to improve the fatigue life of automatic train protection(ATP) antenna beam installed on the bogie of an urban rail transit vehicle,the random vibration fatigue of antenna structure is analyzed,a finite element model is set up. Then,the acceleration spectrum in the time domain obtained from the practical railway road is transformed into the load excitation spectrum in the frequency domain as the input condition for simulation analysis. Combined with Dirlik formula and the linear fatigue cumulative damage theory,the maximum damage location and damage value of ATP antenna beam is calculated,the fatigue life of antenna beam is predicted,and the antenna beam structure is optimized according to the calculation result. The calculated data coincide with the actual test result,indicating that the random vibration fatigue analysis method can reflect the real running characteristics of the vibration fatigue of ATP antenna.
