摘要
多年来,我国城市轨道交通大规模的持续快速发展,使城市轨道交通业主及其主管部门在人员、设备,以及运营、安全等方面经受着前所未有的考验。尤其是早期建成的线路,由于长时间高负荷运营,面临着设施设备老化以及故障率高等风险,亟待大修或升级换代。就信号系统而言,由于原系统制式(轨道电路/点式ATP)的限制,或者系统老化,已无法高效满足日益增长的客运需求,亟需进行更新改造。
Massive development of urban rail in China over the past years has brought human resources, equipment, operation,and safety under tremendous pressure for urban rail operators and their. Especially for lines built many years ago,the systems are aging and generating a lot of failures,which need to be overhauled and refurbished. When it comes to signaling,due to the limitations of system mode,i.e. track circuit or intermittent ATP,or the aging of the existing system,the demand of ever growing ridership can no longer be efficiently fulfilled.
