砂粒体型脑膜瘤一例

A case of psammomatous meningioma

目的 探讨砂粒体型脑膜瘤(PM)的影像学表现及与相关疾病的鉴别。方法 分析1例PM患者的临床表现、影像学表现、病理学特征及文献复习。结果 PM因生长部位不同而临床表现各异,在影像资料完善的情况下,其易与骨瘤造成误诊。结论 钙化是PM的主要成分,其特征性影像学表现仍需继续探讨,目前病理特征是诊断PM的金标准。

Objective To study the imaging manifestations and related identification of psammomatous meningioma(PM). Method One case of PM patient was analyzed with clinical features, imaging findings, pathologic characteristics and literature review. Results PM has different clinical manifestations due to different growth sites. Under the condition of perfect imaging data, PM is easy to cause misdiagnosis with bone-derived tumors. Conclusion Calcification is the main component of PM. At present, pathological features are the gold standard for the diagnosis of PM because its characteristic imaging manifestations still need to be further discussed.
