摘要
针对晋华宫矿8718工作面煤层瓦斯含量高、难注水、难湿润的特点,提出以煤层动压注水湿润煤体降尘技术和粉尘浓度超限高压外喷雾降尘技术为核心的掘进工作面综合降尘系统。通过在8718工作面回风巷现场应用表明,掘进工作面司机位置处的降尘效率为93.6%,距迎头10m处的降尘效率为91.9%,距迎头100m处的降尘效率为68.1%,工作面作业环境得到显著改善。
Based on the mining conditions of the 8718 fully mechanized mining face in Jinhua palace coal mine, aiming at the characteristics of high gas content in the coal seam, difficult water injection and difficulty in wetting, a comprehensive dust reduction system is put forward, which is based on the dynamic pressure injection technology of coal wetting with coal dust and the dust concentration exceeding the limit and the high pressure external spray dust control technology. Field application shows that the dust removal efficiency is 93.6% at the driver's position, 91.9% at 10 m from the head, 68.1% at 100 m from the head, and the working environment of the face has been significantly improved.
