摘要
综采工作面开采过程中,在煤壁的前方通常会出现超前支承压力,其峰值产生的位置与大小,将对工作面顶板的控制和支架的受力产生直接的影响。文章以武甲煤矿3101工作面的煤层赋存条件为工程背景,分析了各因素对支承压力峰值位置的影响规律,并利用理论计算和回归分析法,确定了支承压力的峰值位置和大小以及影响范围,达到了有效地保障工作面生产安全的目的。
In the mining process of fully mechanized mining face, there is usually advanced abutment pressure in the front of coal wall. Taking the coal seam occurrence condition of 3101 working face of wujia coal mine as the engineering background, this paper analyzes the influence law of various factors on the peak position of abutment pressure, and determines the peak position, size and influence range of abutment pressure by theoretical calculation and regression analysis method, so as to effectively guarantee the production safety of working face.
