摘要
研究了减水剂掺量对超高性能混凝土的湿堆积密实度、工作性能以及强度的影响,进而得到减水剂掺量的最优选择区间。试验结果表明,超高性能混凝土强度最高时的减水剂掺量为3%,工作性能最优时的减水剂掺量为4%,因此,减水剂掺量的最优选择区间为3%~4%。减水剂掺量的合理选择不仅能够降低能源消耗和成本,也对制备更高性能的超高性能混凝土具有重要意义。
The effect of the dosage of superplasticizer on the wet packing density,working performance and strength of UHPC was studied,and the optimum selection interval of the dosage of superplasticizer was obtained. The test results show that UHPC generate the highest strength when the dosage of superplasticizer is 3%. When the dosage of superplasticizer increases to 4%,the working performance is optimal. The results indicate that,the optimum selection interval of the dosage of superplasticizer is 3%-4%. Reasonable selection of dosage of superplasticizer can not only reduce energy consumption and cost,but also have important significance for preparing ultra-high performance concrete with advanced properties.
