摘要
利用蜂窝碳化硅为催化剂载体,采用浸渍法制备了Mn2CuCe0.2-SiC整体式催化剂。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对催化剂的表面结构和组成进行了表征分析,并初步研究了在中试条件下整体式催化剂对VOCs的催化降解效果。研究表明,通过浸渍法制备的Mn2CuCe0.2-SiC整体式催化剂主要活性成份为Cu1.5Mn1.5O4、CeO2、CuO和Mn3O4;用于催化降解浓度在15~80ppm范围内的甲苯,VOCs转化率为90%时的反应温度T90为300℃。
Mn2CuCe0.2 -SiC monolithic catalyst,which use carborundum honeycomb ceramics as catalyst carrier,was prepared by impregnation method. And the morphology and structure of Mn2CuCe0.2 -SiC monolithic catalyst were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis(XPS),respectively. Furthermore,the pilot-scale studies of its application on catalytic combustion of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) were investigated. The results show that the main active ingredients of Mn2CuCe0.2-SiC monolithic catalyst are Cu1.5Mn1.5O4,CeO2,CuO and Mn3O4. With the toluene concentration in range of 15-80 ppm,90% of VOCs conversion is achieved at temperature below 300 ℃.
