摘要 【目的/意义】社会主要矛盾的转化让实现农业强大、农村美丽、农民富裕的愿望更加迫切,但农业发展往往面临着资源、劳动力等约束。合理测度农业生产效率是了解农业发展现状、挖掘和弥补发展轨迹中存在问题的前提。【方法/过程】以闽台为例,利用超效率DEA测度农业生产效率并进行比较,通过投影分析寻求生产投入与产出的改进方向。【结果/结论】整体上看,台湾在纯技术效率上具有比较优势,而福建省农业生产较为粗放,闽台农业合作存在优势互补的现实基础;目前闽台农业生产存在投入冗余,过度施肥现象尤为严重。未来,应努力强化质量兴农和技术创新、提高人力资源利用率,以及有意识地积极深化闽台农业合作。 【Objective/Meaning】 The transformation of social principal contradiction makes it more urgent to realize the desire of strong agriculture, beautiful countryside and rich peasants .However, the agricultural development is often facing with constraints such as resources and labor force. Reasonable measurement of agricultural production efficiency is the premise of understanding the current situation of agricultural development, mining and making up for problems in the development trajectory.【Methods/Procedures】Taking Fujian and Taiwan as examples, the efficiency of agricultural production was measured and compared by super-efficiency DEA, and the improvement direction of production input and output was sought through the projection analysis.【Results/Conclusions】On the whole, Taiwan has comparative advantages in pure technical efficiency, while agricultural production in Fujian Province is relatively extensive. So the agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan has a realistic basis of complementary advantages. At present, the agricultural production in Fujian and Taiwan have redundant input, especially the phenomenon of excessive fertilization. In the future, efforts should be made to strengthen the quality of agriculture and technological innovation, improve the utilization of human resources, and consciously and actively deepen agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan.
