福建省科技创新助推精准扶贫的路径探索

Exploration on the Path of Promoting Precise Poverty Alleviation by Science and Technology Innovation in Fujian

【目的/意义】农业科技创新是现代农业发展的主导力量,通过研究福建省在农村扶贫开发中实施的精准扶贫战略,深入探究科技创新在扶贫开发领域中发挥的重要作用,以强化扶贫开发新模式,为全面建设小康社会提供强有力的支撑。【方法/过程】通过文献资料查阅概述福建省科技创新助推精准扶贫的基本现状,总结福建省科技扶贫所取得的成效,并从科技扶贫的扶贫主体、对象、目标、方法等方面分析当前福建省科技创新助推精准扶贫所存在的问题。【结果/结论】从健全农村技术服务机构、实施多元化投入机制、加强农业科技培训、积极引进科技人才、建立科技扶贫的长效机制、完善科技扶贫人员的激励机制共6个方面对新时期科技扶贫工作提出对策建议。

【Objective/Meaning】Agricultural science and technology innovation is the leading force in the development of modern agriculture. By studing the precise poverty alleviation strategy implemented in rural poverty alleviation and development in Fujian Province, continuously explored the important role of science and technology innovation in poverty alleviation and development, strengthened the new model of poverty alleviation and development, and provided powerful support for building a well-off society in an all-round way.【Methods/Procedures】Based on a amount of references and materials, this study summarized the basic situation of precise poverty alleviation promoted by science and technology innovation in Fujian province, and the achievements of poverty alleviation by science and technology, and analyzed the existing problems of promoting precise poverty alleviation by science and technology innovation in Fujian Province from the aspects of subject, object, goal and method of poverty alleviation by science and technology.【Results/Conclusions】The countermeasures and suggestions for poverty alleviation by science and technology in the new period were put forward from six aspects: perfecting rural technical service institutions, implementing diversified investment mechanism, strengthening agricultural scientific and technological training, actively introducing scientific and technological talents, establishing a long-term mechanism and improving the incentive mechanism.
